Finalmente lleg? el d?a tan esperado por todos nosotros, el inicio de nuestro primer concurso de Papercraft!
Ante todo, les damos la m?s cordial Bienvenida, y esperamos que se diviertan y participen en lo que ser?, una gran iniciativa de todos nuestros buenos amigos.
Indicaciones importantes para el desarrollo del evento:
1. La fecha de inicio del concurso es hoy, domingo 27 de julio de 2008 y la finalizaci?n ser? el 27 de Agosto de 2008.
2. La inscripci?n se llevar? a cabo desde hoy 27 de Julio al 03 de Agosto de 2008.
3. Al terminar el concurso, se iniciar? un tema de votaciones, en el cual nos regiremos con las normas, para tal votaci?n. Este se realizar? del 28 de Agosto al 03 de Septiembre de 2008
4. Los resultados se publicar?n el d?a 04 de Septiembre de 2008.
5. Para tal evento, contamos con la ayuda en la moderaci?n de nuestros amigos: Alfpim, Milo y Enrique3. Quienes los auxiliaremos en todo momento, en cualquier duda que se pueda presentar. Pueden enviarle un mensaje a cualquiera de los tres moderadores del evento para aclarar cualquier duda.
6. Para su inscripci?n, nos regiremos por las normas acordadas, y pueden inscribirse y enviar su mensaje a cualquiera de los tres moderadores, ellos estar?n en contacto y actualizar?n diariamente todos los datos.
Te invitamos a participar con todos nosotros en esta nueva iniciativa de nuestra comunidad, donde siempre ser?s bienvenido, y donde encontrar?s inmejorables amigos, que siempre estar?n dispuestos a ayudarte en este gran hobby que tenemos en com?n: el Papercraft.

Las Normas Generales son las siguientes:
Normas:
? Se podr?n inscribir modelos de todo tipo (tanto de libre descarga o comerciales).
? El participante inscribir? un UNICO modelo o diorama completo, dentro de los plazos para tal fin (El plazo de inscripci?n ser? de una semana a partir del inicio del concurso).
? Una vez elegido el modelo no se puede cambiar por otro ni se puede complementar con otros modelos no inscritos previamente.
? Un modelo puede ser rechazado por los organizadores por ser ofensivo o no adecuado.
? El modelo puede ser modificado en cuanto a color, tama?o y accesorios.
? La base para la elaboraci?n del modelo debe ser de papel de cualquier tipo, puede llevar complementos hechos en otros materiales siempre y cuando no se abuse de su uso. (Aprox. El 90% debe ser de papel).
? El plazo para la entrega de fotos del modelo terminado es de 30 d?as a partir del d?a que d? comienzo el concurso.
? El modelo no se puede mostrar p?blicamente antes de la finalizaci?n del concurso ni se debe hacer referencia en el foro de dicho modelo (es decir, que no se sepa qu? modelo est? construyendo cada participante).
? As? tambi?n, el modelo no puede mostrarse en ning?n otro lugar (Web, Blog, Foro), antes de la finalizaci?n del concurso, en cuyo caso, ser?a motivo de descalificaci?n del concursante. Esto es para evitar que si has mostrado avances de alg?n modelo, dicho papercraft no podr? participar. Debes hacer un modelo nuevo. Para evitar ventajas de tiempo, sobre otros concursantes, de cualquier forma, confiamos en tu buen criterio de legalidad.
Las bases para la elecci?n del modelo son:
? Originalidad
? Dificultad del modelo
? Terminaci?n
? El esfuerzo y empe?o puestos en la elaboraci?n son cosas muy dif?ciles (por no decir imposibles) de evaluar pero se deber?an tener en cuenta.
Categor?as y Elecci?n del modelo ganador:
? Las categor?as se establecen en este evento como:
1. Categor?a Abierta. (?nica)
? La elecci?n del modelo ganador se har? por votaci?n en el foro (por un periodo de 8 d?as). Solo los miembros inscritos hasta el d?a de inicio de la votaci?n podr?n hacerlo. Si la votaci?n termina antes, se publicar?n los resultados de inmediato.
? Las votaciones se har?n mediante un Mensaje Privado a los Moderadores del evento, para evitar que el participante, vote por su propio modelo.
? En caso de empate en las votaciones la decisi?n final ser? democr?ticamente votada, por la comunidad.
INSCRIPCION:
Se debe hacer enviando un mensaje personal a cualquiera de los moderadores del evento indicando el modelo, y el link de descarga del mismo. Moderadores: Alfpim, Milo y enrique3.
Muy importante:
? Se recomienda armar clips en imageshack.us con las fotos para su publicaci?n al t?rmino del evento. (Las fotos son las que deciden la forma en que se muestra el modelo, preoc?pate por que sean buenas).
Premios:
– Ser elegido modelista del mes
– Una firma de Ganador del concurso.
– Una Medalla de reconocimiento.
– Ser moderador por 1 mes
– La fotograf?a del modelo ganador se podr?a usar como banner del foro.
As? tambi?n ser? obsequiado al segundo y tercer lugar:
– Una firma de segundo y tercer lugar.
– Una medalla de reconocimiento.
The General Rules are the following:
Rules:
? It will be able to register models of all type (so much as free download or commercial).
? The participant will register an ONLY model or complete diorama, within the terms for such purpose (The period of registration will be of a week as from the beginning of the contest).
? Once chosen the model can't be changed for another, neither it can be complemented with another not inscribed models previously.
? A model can be refused by the organizers to be offensive or not appropriate.
? The model can be modified as to color, size and accessories.
? The fundament for the elaboration of the model must be from any type's paper, it can imply complements done in another materials, always and if not abuse them. (approximately The 90 % must be from paper).
? The period for the delivery of photos of the finished model is of 30 days as from the day that the contest begin.
? The model can't be shown in public before the finalization of the contest, neither doing reference in the forum of this model (that mean, that nobody know what model each participant is constructing).
? That way too, the model you can't show it nowhere else (Web, Blog, Forum), before the finalization of the contest, in which case, would be motive of the participant's disqualification. This is for preventing what if you have shown advances of some model, this papercraft will not be able to participate. You must do a new model. In order to avoid time advantages, over another participants, anyway, we trust on your good criterion of legality.

Categories and Election of the winning model:

1. Free category. (unique)
? The election of the winning model will be done for votation in the forum (for a period of 8 days). Only the inscribed members until the day of beginning of the vote will be able to do it. If the vote finishes before, they will publish results immediately.
? The votations, it will be done through a Private Message to the Moderators of the event, to avoid that the participant, vote for your own model.
? In case of draw in the votations the final decision it will be democratically voted, by the community.

2. We recommended to create clips in imageshack.us with the photos to publish them at the end of the event. (The photos decide, the way in that the model is shown, you try that they be good).

A signature of Winning of the contest.

The winning model's photo would be able to serve the purpose of banner of the forum.
That way also, it will be given to the second and third place:
