It will be fun to make it out of transparant sheets: I'll give it a very light, bright green texture on the templates, but I don't think the printed version will have the neon-green glow of the real LEGO piece.
But if you can find some shiny, neon green transparancies, you can always simply trace the parts onto those and use that instead. ;o)
